When I act as the independent professional, my role is to provide an impartial, informed and experienced view.

In recent years I have been engaged by a number of schools, both senior and junior, who tell me they found my presence reassured all parties. I have served as an IP on:

 

• Level 3 parental complaint panels

• Disciplinary panels

• Interview panels for senior roles
